The Eighth International Exhibition & Congress HI-TECH BUILDING took place 8 – 10 of December 2009 in Gostiny Dvor, Moscow. Educational Program of HI-TECH BUILDING 2009 attracted over 1500 visitors.
Among the visitors: developing companies, investment companies, building companies, facility management companies, architects and designers, manufacturers of equipment, systems integrators and installers, distributors and dealers, Government officials, insurance companies.
VISITOR’S BUSINESS ACTIVITY
Energy efficient technologies in commercial and residential real estate were discussed during the Round Table Session “Energy efficiency as basis for modern city infrastructure. Building management cost reduction”.
Within the framework of the Seminar “Architectural design of Intelligent Buildings and Smart Homes” architects and designers had shared their experience of current international architectural trends in Intellectual building engineering; architectural treatment of energy-efficient technologies in cities; ecology, aesthetics and competitive advantages of professional lighting solutions; cooperation between architects, installers and customers, etc.
The professional seminar for career education “Intelligent Buildings: career education and personnel development for the new segment of Russian market” also formed a key part of the educational program.
